Earp's Vendetta
Oil on Panel image: 19.2" x image: 24" $120.00 USD Sold
Wyatt, Doc Holliday, and the rest of the Earp entourage ride to carry out their vendetta against the cowboy gang. The dramatic finale to one of the American West's most violent chapters, Earp's Vendetta Ride earned Wyatt more notoriety in the eyes of his contemporaries than did his role at the OK corral. This image of "Earp's Vendetta" now graces the cover of "Wyatt Earp's Cow-boy Campaign," an excellent historical work of non-fiction by the author Chuck Hornung (McFarland & Co, Inc., 2016).
