GICLEE IMAGE IN 2 SIZES! The Greasy Grass river valley in southern Montana (referred to as the Little Big Horn river and valley by the whites) offered an abundance of wild game, grazing land, water and wood. This Sioux warrior wields a gnarled coup stick as he closes in to stike his Crow adversary. The actual coup stick, or club, pictured here is on display at the Little Big Horn battlefield museum. The Crow warrior wears the distinctive hair style and leggings peculiar to his people. The pictured terrain is that of the hills and coulees flanking the Little Big Horn river.
